2.38. Sending a POF Order to Walman Visionweb

1. Open the patients Eyeglasses Order.

2. Complete the prescription and lens information on the order form.

3. In the Frame section, select POF.

Selecting POF identifies the order as a Patients Own Frame order.

!IMPORTANT The Frame section on the order form must have POF selected before the lab order is sent.

4. Open the Lab Order section.

5. Select VisionWeb.

6. Select Walman as the lab.

7. Select the appropriate Job Type for the order.

!IMPORTANT VisionWeb and a Job Type must be selected for the POF order to transmit correctly to Walman.

8. Review the order and confirm that POF is selected in the Frame section.

9. Click Send Lab Order to send the order to Walman.

!PRO TIP Before sending the order, confirm POF, VisionWeb, Walman, and the correct Job Type are selected.
