1. Open Eyeglass Inventory.

2. Select Physical Inventory.

3. Click Start New Count to begin a physical inventory count. The system freezes the current on-hand inventory and records the starting quantity and value as the Pre Count.

4. Scan each frame using its UPC or SKU. The Scanned quantity and Variance update automatically as frames are counted.

5. For any item with a variance, select the applicable Variance Reason.

6. If multiple reasons apply to the same SKU, allocate the variance quantity across each applicable reason.

7. Enter a Reason Note when additional detail is needed and review the applicable Frame Status.

8. Click Save Reasons. A variance can be saved without a reason and completed later. The item will remain Unresolved.

9. Once all variances are reconciled, click Post Count & Push Variances. The system updates the on-hand inventory, saves the variance details, applies applicable Frame Status changes, and adds the completed count to history.

10. To check in inventory sent from another location, locate the applicable transfer under Pending Inventory Transfers.

11. Click Check In Transfer.

12. Scan the frames received. The system compares the Received quantity against the Expected Qty from the transfer manifest and automatically calculates the variance.

13. For any transfer variance, select the applicable Variance Reason and enter a Reason Note when needed.

14. If the variance cannot be resolved immediately, save the item and return to it later. The item remains Unresolved.

15. Once all transfer items are reconciled, click Post Receipt & Reconcile. The received quantities are added to the destination stores on-hand inventory and the completed transfer is saved to history.

16. Open Transfer History to review previously completed inventory transfers.

17. Click a transfer to open the full Inventory Transfer Report.

18. Review the source and destination stores, expected and received quantities, variances, reasons, Reason Notes, and final Frame Status.

19. Click Print Report to print the individual transfer or Export CSV to export its details.

20. To print or export multiple transfers, select the applicable checkboxes in Transfer History. Use Select All to select all displayed transfers.

21. Click Print Selected to print the selected transfer reports or Export Selected to export the selected transfer history in one CSV file.
