2.12. Patient Profile upload / manage paper documents

!PRO TIP The easiest way to upload documents is to be logged from an iPad or tablet. This allows you to take an image of the document without having to scan and drop it into the patient account. Use this for i.e. Paper Charts, Insurance card, divers license document (any paper document).

!PRO TIP Documents can be either patient profile-specific or exam specific.

*1. Click to the desired patient profile Documents

*2. Click on Upload new and select the desired document or image

*3. Click Crop to resize the image or Done

*4. Click Size
