*The red dot indicator under Actions shows when a patient has not completed their intake forms.
*There are two additional options to manually trigger the intake form process:
1. Send Patient Check-In Link Sends the patient a direct link by text message or email so they can sign in and complete the intake forms.
2. Patient Self Check-In Automatically signs the patient into the patient portal to start the intake forms. This is generally used on a tablet or iPad in the office.
*Once the patient opens the form, they can begin the 5-step intake form process.
