3.4. Generate Customized Referral

!PRO TIP This report can be transmitted to any contact or printed.

*1. On the exam form actions click on Referral

*2. On the referral popup click on Create New

*3. On the referral checklist check the exam sections that you want to be shown on the report.

*4. Click on Referral Details and enter Request to see, Referral Reason, and Body Message. Then, Enter and select contact details if you want to transmit the report, then click to Send notification to patient

!PRO TIP If the patient mode of notification is set to None or if the Referral to Patient notification is off in the settings the patient will not receive any notifications.
