3.5. Generate and transmit Medical Rx (e-scribe)

!PRO TIP The medical Rx can we printed for the patient or transmitted to a contact. To fax any report the company must be entered into you Contacts with a fax number.

*1. On the exam form more actions dropdown click on e-SCRIBE

*2. In the Medical RX pop up enter Impression, Prescribing Medication, Dosage (plan), Refills, and if a generic is ok. Then click on Submit.

*3. The report will show exam form Finalize Prescription tab

*4. Once the report has been generated it can be transmitted to a contact or printed*

!PRO TIP Altnerievtly you can go to the patient profile Reports Medical Rxs tab to print to download the report
