2.8. Direct text message patient

!PRO TIP This feature makes it easy if you have something quick to tell the patient without having to pick up the phone.

*1. Click the patients profile Messaging tab

*2. Enter a message up to 160 characters then click on send

!PRO TIP Easily see and jump to any other (if any) patient(s) that have the same cell phone number.
