4.14. Customize header, footer data, and patient information for reports

*1. Click on Settings > Patient Settings > Reports.

*2. Click on the specific report tab Prescription, Medical Rx, Referral or Invoice. Under the Customize Report Format check all data pointers for header, footer, or patient information.
