2.18. Add and manage contacts to securely transmitted reports

!PRO TIP Contacts are store specific. Add referring doctors, optical labs, contact lens distributors, pharmacies, or any contact you want to show in the fax dropdown.

*1. Click on the Gear Icon and the Contact menu.

*2. To add a new contact click on Create.

*3. In the pop up fill out the contact details and click on Save.

!PRO TIP A contacts Fax number and potentially Account number is required when sending a secure fax.
